Kristiansand Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with 2 tenderers for the procurement of electric bicycles.

Kristiansand Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with 2 tenderers for the procurement of bicycles. The framework agreement will be split 50/50 between the two winning tenderers. We would like tenders for different types for comparison. The municipality expects that it will be these bicycles that are procured most, and will therefore use these as a basis for comparison, but the municipality can also procure other types of bicycles if required from the tenderers that win the contest.

All the bicycles that the municipality procures in the contract period will be procured from the tenderers that win the contest. The tenders will be assessed by comparing prices and by test cycling, as well as the described quality of the bicycles. It is therefore important to describe the bicycles and parts in details in the tender, so that the municipality can assess whether they fulfil the requested requirements. The price of the bicycles is to be given in the price sheet. The description of the bicycle must be given as an annex/data sheet.

The operation and guarantee of the sold bicycles must be as universal as possible. The municipality would therefore only like tenders for electric bicycles and bicycles with Bosch and Shimano technology, however tenderers are free to choose the brand. Sales in addition to the specific bicycles from the tender must also have Bosch and Shimano technology.

We would like tenders for the following bicycles:

A) Electric bicycle with:

- Bosch / Shimano technology

- Fixed cycling computer

- Medium size

- Low frame

- Adjustable seat with seat pin clip

- 'Balloon tyres'

- Built-in gears

- Built-in front and rear lights

- Crank engine with minimum 50 Nm torque

- Battery capacity and possibly the range are to be specified in the tender

- It must be possible to charge the batteries for the bicycles both on and off the bicycle

- It must be possible to lock the battery onto the bicycle

- It must be possible to switch then batteries between the bicycles, and it must be easy to procure a new battery

B) Electric bicycles with:

- Unisex model

- Adjustable seat with a seat pin clip

- Hybrid tyres

C) Bicycle with electric assistance

In addition we would like options for the following:

- Helmet

- Basket

- 2 bicycle bags

- Fixed lights

- Chain lock with a system for storing the bicycle

- 2 studded tyres

The municipality needs to have tenderers that have a shop in the local area. We cannot accept only an internet shop.
