Birkenes kommune

The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for plumbing services.
There will however also be the delivery of some materials, as in many cases it will be appropriate that the tenderer provides the materials required for the execution of the assignment in question. Even if the procurement includes some materials, it is emphasised that this contract does not give exclusivity for the delivery of such materials and that the contracting authority is not obligated to purchase materials from the service provider. Birkenes municipality is thus free to purchase materials from our other framework agreements and still use the service provider for work that shall be carried out without any mark-up to the agreed prices for work.

The framework agreement period is 2 years.Option for the Contracting Authority to extend one or several times for up to a further 6 years, altogether a maximum of 8 years.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established - Documentation: Company registration certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
The required capacity will be assessed in relation to the contract's value, services, risk and length.
Documentation: Credit rating that includes the key figures in the accounts that are based on last known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.

Delivery capacity
The tenderer must have sufficient delivery capacity, expertise and technical equipment. Regarding human resources, a minimum of three skilled workers with relevant certificates of apprenticeship and one administrative employee will be considered sufficient capacity.

Tenderers must have good experience from the execution of equivalent deliveries/comparable assignments.
Quality assurance
The tenderer must have satisfactory procedures for quality assurance.
Environment
The tenderer shall have satisfactory procedures for environmental management.
