Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The framework agreement includes plumbing services and accompanying materials for operation, maintenance and minor investment projects for Malvik municipality ́s buildings. The delivery includes statutory inspections, control and service of technical installations that require regular follow-up, including assignments that require special certification or special competence. If the tenderer does not have such internal competence, it shall be collected externally and invoiced at the contract ́s ordinary hourly rates without mark-up or extra costs for the contracting authority. Tenderers shall act as a proactive consultant and actively choose environmentally friendly materials and energy efficient systems with a long lifetime to ensure good operational security and a low environmental impact. The agreement shall take care of both planned assignments and acute needs, with requirements for a quick response time.

Rettslig grunnlag:
The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 17 June 2016. (LOA) and the public procurement regulations (FOA) FOR 2016-08-12-974 in accordance with parts I and part III. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the open tender contest procedure, c.f. FOA § 13-1(1).
