The aim of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the operation and maintenance of all of the municipality ́s street lights. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1+1 year, to a total maximum of four years. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between NOK 0.5 million and NOK 1.2 million excluding VAT per year, which is approximately NOK 4 million excluding VAT for the entire contract period (including options). The estimate is based on previous call-offs of equivalent services, but it can vary depending on grant schemes and activity level.
