Rana municipality would like a framework agreement that gives the municipality the opportunity to procure network equipment and consultancy services within Cisco ́s portfolio. This includes all of the firewalls, switches, routers, wireless access points and software for support systems etc. Rana municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for both hardware and consultancy services.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

Stable operation of the network infrastructure will depend on the products that are connected to the municipality ́s network being compatible with each other. See the detailed description in SSA-K Annex 3 the Contracting Authority ́s Technical Platform. The need for the procurement of network equipment will typically occur when the existing equipment achieves end-of-life, when there are expansions, changes in the existing network, new establishment or moving departments. The call-off of consultancy services will occur in connection with the above points. The framework agreement shall cover all of the municipality ́s entities and applies to: Hardware as specified in the requirement specifications - Licences and support - Consultancy services, consultancy, installation and configuration services (e.g. project manager and participants in major network developments for the establishment of schools, new buildings etc.)
