OFA IKS

The contracting authority has a continual need for legal assistance for the organisation´s activities. Even though the requirement for legal services is to a large degree covered by internal resources at the contracting authority, there is a need for external assistance, for example, where there is a lack of available capacity or competence.
The procurement concerns legal services and it will apply for al legal areas. These are divided into several lots. Some lots only cover two legal areas, whilst other lots cover several legal areas. Consideration has here been given to the expected scope. The lots with only two legal areas are expected to have a higher volume than the other areas.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
- Tenderers must have good experience from comparable assignments to this framework agreement.
- Tenderers must have sufficient capacity and competence to fulfil the contract.
- The lawyers offered by the tenderer must be registered in the Supervisory Council for Legal Practice's register of practising lawyers.
