The contest concerns a framework agreement for leasing of IT equipment.
The contest consists of two main parts, wherein tender offers must include both areas:
- Leasing: Financing through operational leasing of IT equipment
- Management: Web-based management tools for managing equipment, licenses and contracts in a simple and secure manner.
It is emphasised that the procurement/framework agreement applies to new procurements and does not apply to leasing agreements that have already commenced. Contracts with previous leasing companies that have already commenced are managed by those companies until the end of their respective contract periods or until they are cancelled by the contracting authority.

Estimert totalverdi: 25 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:

The volume and turnover against the agreement can vary dependent on the contracting authority's requirements, activities, the budgetary situation and other frame factors. The municipality undertakes no obligations concerning a binding volume.

Thus far, the estimate for equipment purchases has been: NOK 3.5 million per year. The maximum value of the agreement including any options, etc. is NOK 25 million. The stated estimates are not guaranteed.

The municipality's IT equipment procurement strategy is under review. Currently, iPads and PCs are mainly leased to schools, nurseries and politicians, but this could be extended to additional parts of the municipality (approx. 800 PCs and 600 iPads).

Duration

The contract period is 3+1 years.
