This framework agreement is non-exclusive. The contracting authority reserves the right to enter into a framework agreement or make individual procurements with other suppliers. The contracting authority can, for example, choose to order IT equipment from other suppliers when, according to the contracting authority's assessment, it is appropriate, for example, for price considerations.

Estimert totalverdi: 210 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
The contract does not include the procurement of second hand equipment for the pupil network and gifts that are given for use in the pupil network.
Mobile telephones, multi-functional printers, photocopy machines, and network equipment are also not included in the framework agreement.
The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that there will be a separate contract for brown goods that borders this framework agreement, for example, televisions. The framework agreement for IT equipment will however apply for information screens/meeting room screens, and interactive screens.

The contract will be voluntary for procurements that exceed NOK 100,000 excluding VAT of conference equipment (e.g., meeting room screens, projectors, web cameras, loudspeakers for meeting room, microphones).
The framework agreement will be voluntary for the assembly and service of AV equipment and digital boards, a return scheme for second hand IT equipment, and secure deleting of disks.
As part of the delivery, potential tenderers must submit a tender for five standard models (hereafter called the 'standard models'), as well as a docking station:
1) 'Standard PC, laptop'
2) 'Ultraportable laptop PC'
3) 'Pupil PC, laptop'
4) 'Standard PC stationary'
5) 'Chromebook'
6) 'Docking station for laptop PC'.
The minimum requirements for the standard models are stated in annex 6 of the tender documentation, (requirements specification, the standard models and docking station). Tenderers must fill in the product name, product number and specifications for the offered standard models in the annex.

The price for the standard models is to be given in the attached product and price sheet (together with the prices for other volume products, see annex 5 of the tender documentation).
The contracting authority must have received test examples of the standard model '1 standard PC, laptop', standard model '2 ultra-portable', and 6 docking station for laptop PC' by Monday 4 September 2023 at 1500. See point 2.6 below for further information on this.
