Hustadvika Municipality invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the procurement of a service contract for ventilation in municipal buildings. The service contract also includes the delivery of filters, straps, and other material. The procurement also applies for consultancy services.
The contract period is 2 years.
The Contracting Authority has an option to extend the contract, subject to the same terms, for up to 1+1 year, so that the total possible length of the contract is 4 years. The option will be taken up automatically. If the contracting authority does not want to take up the option, written notification must be given a minimum of 2 months before it comes into force.

Hustadvika Municipality would like to collect tenders for an annual service contract for ventilation installations. The contract also includes repairs and minor replacement of installations.

The buildings/installations included in this contest are located in Hustadvika Municipality. They are schools, nurseries, sports centres, welfare buildings, fire stations, and administration and office buildings. As the number of buildings/installations can change during the contract period, the contract sum can also change somewhat as regards the evaluation sum in the price sheet.

The work is seen as so small, that the materials that are required can be taken each time.

The number of buildings/installations can however vary throughout the contract period. The number can change for various reasons, for example the construction of new buildings, any alterations, moves out of a building, demolition, etc.
