Agreement on travel agency services that include the following areas: booking of hotels, flights, journeys by train, and possibly car rental in connection with extended trips, as well as bus tour services.
The current hotel agreements and tour bus services shall remain in force for the remainder of the agreement period and must be managed through a travel agency. An extended service such as booking of conferences will be requested occasionally. Bookings shall be able to be made via an app, telephone calls or as mail correspondence in accordance with requirement.
