The aim of the notice is to enter into a contract for the secretariat function for the supervisory board in the mentioned municipalities. According to the Municipality Act § 77, the municipal council shall provide secretariat assistance for the supervisory board.
In accordance with the regulation on supervisory boards in municipalities and counties of 15 June 2004 no. 905 § 20, 2nd paragraph, the secretariat shall have the following assignments:
"The secretariat shall ensure that matters considered by the Supervisory Committee are properly investigated and that the Committee's decisions are implemented."
According to the Local Government Act, these tasks cannot be carried out by the municipalities themselves.
