Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The framework agreement period will be 2 years with a unilateral option to extend the contract for 1+1 year for the contracting authority. The option shall be taken up min. 4 months prior to the end of the agreement. The procurement ́s estimated value over the entire contract period, including options is approx. NOK 3 million, excluding VAT. The upper limit (maximum ceiling) of the framework agreement is set at NOK 5 million due to potential replacements, new locations and the development of the product area. All estimates are given according to the contracting authority ́s best judgement. See the other procurement documents for further information on the procurement ́s content and extent.

Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy and have satisfactory liquidity and solidity, minimum A or equivalent. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.

If this is described in the tenderer ́s quality assurance system iht. ISO 9001 or equivalent, documentation of this can be enclosed.

Tenderers are required to have an environmental management system. Documentation obligation: Documentation of an environmental management system. An account of the tenderer ́s existing routines and documentation that the requirement for the environmental management system applicable for the assignment is met. If this is described in the tenderer ́s environmental management system iht. ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent, documentation of this can be enclosed. If a tenderer does not have an environmental management system, the tenderer must be willing to implement it within six months of the contract being signed. This shall be documented in writing.
