Qualification requirement 1:

Tenderers must not have considerable tax and VAT arrears, unless an approved repayment schedule is presented.

Documentation requirement 1:

- Tax certificate, not older than six months.

- Foreign companies: Certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home country certifying that the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations regarding taxes and fees in accordance with the legislation of the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate must not be more than 6 months old.

Qualification requirement 2:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement 2:

-Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.

- Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Qualification requirement 3:

Tenderers must document that they have a scheme for handling waste.

Documentation requirement 3:

- Description of waste management in the company, or proof of membership in a return scheme.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement 4:

Norwegian companies: The contracting authority will obtain the credit rating Commercial Delphi Score from Experian as documentation.

Tenderers must as a minimum achieve a rating of 'Credit worthy', i.e. the tenderer must be in risk classification 5 or higher on the Experian scale.

Foreign companies: A credit rating from an authorised credit rating company showing that the tenderer fulfils the requirement. The credit rating must show the current economic situation of the company, be based on the last available accounts, and be carried out by a company that has a licence to conduct credit information activities.

For all companies: If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

If a credit rating is available in Experian that the contracting authority can obtain, this will always rank higher that a credit rating obtained by the tenderer.

Qualification requirement 5:

Tenderers must have experience with a minimum two relevant assignments as described in this document, in regards to extent and complexity.

Documentation requirement 5:

Documentation requirement: Tenderers must attach a list of the most important relevant assignments the last 3 (three) years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description. The references will only be contacted if required.

Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another supplier.
