At times the contracting authority needs to hire manned construction machines and equipment to supplement our operational unit's capacity for the execution of various individual assignments. The tenderer will be fully responsible for his staff and any sub-suppliers. The scope if uncertain and it can vary a lot in the contract period. A significant part of the uncertainty can be connected to any future assignments that are currently unknown or are awaiting a final decision. The individual assignments can vary from approx. one day's work to several days and weeks.

Call-offs will only be made in accordance with the contracting authority's needs. The contracting authority is not obliged to procure a minimum volume of services in the contract period.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
R4: Tenderers must have broad experience from comparable assignments, including an equivalent scope and complexity as this Contract.
R5: Tenderers must have a secure quality assurance system for the implementation of this Contract.
R6: Tenderers must have a good and well-functioning environmental management system, which shows how the Tenderer manages relevant environmental considerations connected to the execution of the Contract.
R7: Tenderers must provide information on any subcontractors, what assignments, and how much of the Contract will be implemented by the subcontractors. Tenderers will be responsible and fully liable for their offered sub-suppliers as if they were the tenderer's own personnel.

R9: The Contracting Authority requires that the Tenderer participates in a recycling scheme for cartons, plastic, glass and metal packaging for the implementation of this contract.
R10: Tenderers must state that they have achieved all the required authority approvals for the implementation of this contract. Tenderers will be held responsible if this statement is incorrect.
R11: Tenderers must have sufficient technical capacity and equipment to implement the contract.
