Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Qualification requirement 1:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract work.

Documentation requirement 1:

The documentation must be connected to the entity c/o the business registration number that is applying for qualification.

Extended credit rating/report from a publicly certified credit company, which includes a credit rating of the tenderer - typically given by a letter or a short text, as well as an explanation of this.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to supplement the submitted documentation by obtaining other financial information, including (but not limited to) interim financial statements or an extended report from a publicly recognised credit rating company containing a credit rating of the Tenderer.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Qualification requirement 1:

Tenderers must have a documented and implemented quality system in accordance with NS-EN ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent level.

Documentation requirement 1:

A copy of a valid NS-EN ISO 9001:2015 certificate issued by an accredited quality assurance institution. Or a written account (should not exceed 5 A4 pages) with an overall description of the content of the quality management system. The account must include a compliance matrix with NS-EN ISO 9001:2015.

Qualification requirement 2:

Tenderers must have a management system for information security (ISMS) that is certified in accordance with ISO 27001:2013, or equivalent.

Documentation requirement 2:

Tenderers are asked to document their ISMS by submitting a certificate for ISO 27001:2013 or other relevant standards. In addition tenderers must share the scope of the ISMS and their information security policy, as well as describe the scope and purpose of them.

Qualification requirement 1:

Tenderers must accept and sign Bane NOR's data processor contract for each call-off when relevant.

Documentation requirement 1:

Confirmation that the general terms in Bane NOR's data processor contract are accepted.

The annexes of the data processor contract will be filled in for each call-off.

Qualification requirement 2:

Tenderers must accept and sign Bane NOR's ethical requirements for business partners.

Documentation requirement 2:

Confirmation that the tenderer accepts - 10 Bane NOR's ethical requirements for business partners. This document must be signed and submitted together with the tender.

Qualification requirement 3:

The Tenderer, or other companies that the Tenderer relies on to fulfil the qualification requirements, must not be an entity affected by the prohibition in § 8n of the Ukraine Sanctions Regulation.

Documentation requirement 3:

Completed self-declaration regarding conditions relating to the applicable sanction legislation - 11 self-declaration sanction legislation.
