In total, we want the management development of the Norwegian Food Safety Authority to strengthen us in understanding and manage the strategic challenge picture and that we provide good leadership, implement changes and deliver good results. See annex 1 with annexes for a detailed needs description. A contract shall also be signed for strategic management development, it will be announced as a separate competition.

Rettslig grunnlag:

The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 no. 73 and the Public Procurement Regulations (procurement regulation) dated 12 August 2016 no. 974, part I and III (above the EEA threshold value). The procurement procedure is an open tender contest, cf. the procurement regulations § 13-1 (1).

This rejection reason also includes corruption as defined in national law for the contracting authority or supplier.
