Framework agreement for project administration for construction

Stavanger kommune

Stavanger Municipality, c/o the Agency for Urban Environment and Development would like to enter into framework agreements for project administration, construction. These services are currently procured through the municipality's dynamic purchasing system for building administration, DPS. The scheme will run until 2031, but the contracting authority is free to terminate it if it wants.
The DPS will be terminated when the framework agreements come into force, estimated to October 2023.
Stavanger Municipality is therefore procuring framework agreements for project administration connected to building construction. The framework agreement concerns the procurement of the following professions.
- Project Manager, construction.
- Construction Manager
- Technical Construction Manager
- Builder Representative
The contracting authority will enter into a contract with three (3) tenderers. The tenderers will be ranked and awarded a contract in accordance with the following distribution key per annum, based on the estimated contract value.
Tenderer no. 1: 50 %
Tenderer no. 2: 30 %
Tenderer no. 3: 20 %
