KKE will procure up to 3 parallel framework agreements for plumbing work of all types for maintenance, renovations and new installations within the Contracting Authority's property portfolio, which consists of approx. 122,200 m2 of municipal purpose buildings, approx. 25,300 m2 of municipal residences split among approx. 300 residences, as well as approx. 9,200 m2 of buildings that are not used for the production of municipal services.
