Tenderers shall not be a unit that is under the ban in the Sanctions Regulations of Ukraine (territorial integrity etc.) § 8n.

Tenderers shall confirm that they fulfil this requirement when submitting their tender.

If a request for participation in the competition is to be submitted, the certificate must not be older than six months calculated from the deadline for submitting the enquiry.

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
In order to fulfil the requirement, it is sufficient for the tenderer to be assessed as credit worthy based on Experians Commercial Delphi score.
If a tenderer is assessed lower than credit worthy, the contracting authority can undertake an overall assessment based on additional information.
The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian.
If there is doubt, the Contracting Authority can obtain further information from the tenderer.

- An overview of five of the most important, relevant work carried out in the last 3 years, including a short description of the assignment, the name of the public or private recipient, as well as information on value/quantity/scope and date.

It is not a requirement that each individual reference assignment covers all the areas, but the tenderer must, through the submitted reference assignments, document experience in total that covers the central works that are relevant for this procurement.

• If the tenderer will use the capacity of other companies to fulfil the requirements(s) for economic and financial capacity, a declaration of joint and several liability to the contracting authority must be enclosed.
