A framework agreement for lawyer services will be signed. The services include legal consultancy in the form of written deliberations, guidance via telephone/video or physical attendance at the contracting authority's premises, quality assurance of the contracting authority's work, assistance in connection with negotiations, and training in the specified legal areas.
