For projects including new buildings, major renovations, and other work on buildings that

include trade services and work in addition to electrician services, this contract can

be used. This is, however, not binding, so the contracting authority can also procure the

relevant services as part of the work in addition to the electrician services.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil

the contract.

Documentation: A credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures.

If a tenderer has justifiable cause to not present the documentation

requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document their economic and financial capacity by

presenting any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have very good experience from comparable assignments.

Documentation: A description of the tenderer's up to 3 most relevant assignments in the last 3

years. The description must include a statement of the contract's value, date of delivery,

and recipient. It is the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance in

the description.

Tenderers can document experience by referring to competence in the personnel they have at their disposal

and can use for this assignment, even if the experience was gained whilst the personnel

was working for another supplier.

Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient capacity to handle small and large assignments for an estimated

approx. NOK 15 million a year in total for the contracting authority. This will be assessed according to the contract's

scope and complexity.

Documentation: A description of the tenderer's average annual workforce and the number of

employees in management in the last three years.

Requirement: Tenderers are required to have an environment management system that is suitable for the service that

will be provided.

The environment management system must as a minimum ensure continual improvement of:

• The organisation’s competence in the environment

and safety.

• The service's climate effect.

• Routines and measures for limiting the effect on the environment during the delivery, including, amongst other things, transport,

handling packaging, disposal of waste, handling hazardous waste, training

personnel, etc.

Documentation:

An account of the tenderer's environmental management system.

a copy of certificates for the environment management system in accordance with ISO 14001:2015, Eco-lighthouse, EMAS,

or equivalent certificate. The contracting authority will accept other documentation for equivalent

environment management measures if the tenderer does not have the possibility to obtain such certificates by the deadline,

this is not the tenderer's fault. It is, in this case, a prerequisite that the tenderer documents that

these measures are equivalent to the requested quality assurance standards or

the environment management systems or standards.

Requirement: Tenderers must have an internal control system that is suitable for the service.

Documentation: An account of the tenderer's internal control system or written confirmation of an

internal control system, preferably with a table of contents or other document that substantiates

the system.
