Framework agreement for collection, simulation and analysis of meteorological and oceanographic data

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Department for Development (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) shall enter into parallel framework agreements with several tenderers for the delivery of measurements, simulations and analyses of wind, wave and current data and services thereof.
The aim of the framework agreement is to assist the Contracting Authority with mapping, modelling and analysing processes connected to assignments assumed that the Contracting Authority does not have the capacity to carry out the work internally.
The framework agreement is divided into 5 lots:
Lot 1. Collection of wind and other meteorological data
Lot 2. Collection of oceanographic data
Lot 3. Analysing and modelling wind and other meteorological parameters.
Lot 4. Analysing and modelling waves.
Lot 5. Analysing and modelling current and other oceanography
The aim is to enter into identical parallel framework agreements with 2-3 tenderers for each lot

Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for an additional one + one year.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have the requisite financial foundation to be able to fulfil the contractual obligations. The following will be looked at/assessed:
• The tenderer must be creditworthy.
• The tenderer shall have positive equity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer must have competence and experience in the relevant lot(s) for which he submits tender, and have carried out assignments of a relevant nature, degree of difficulty and scope. C.f. the descriptive part in Chapter D.
