Framework agreement for building automation services

Oslo kommune v/ Boligbygg Oslo KF

The framework agreement will cover the contracting authority’s need for building automation in Boligbygg's portfolio. The purpose is to ensure that Boligbygg complies with the Planning and Building Act so that requirements for proper health, safety and environment, including energy economy, provided in or pursuant to the Act are fulfilled (§ 29-6. Technical installations and facilities). Furthermore, the framework agreement will cover Boligbygg's need to purchase goods and services related to building automation and associated systems.
The framework agreement is divided into two parts for a given number of properties during the agreement period:
1. "Service agreement" - annual routine service
2. "Invoice work" - performing troubleshooting, improvements, replacements and repairs etc. on order.
