Vestland fylkeskommune

Vestland County needs food deliveries to sixth form colleges and other county units in that procure food products. The procurements will mainly be cooking in the restaurant and food subject, and for canteens that the county runs itself.
Fresh bread is not included in the contract.
Organic food in bulk: Required organic products that the chosen tenderer cannot deliver will be procured outside the contract. This particularly applies for Sogn Agricultural and Horticultural College, which only uses organic products.
The framework agreements are non-exclusive, as the contracting authority will need to procure food from local or specialised producers. In the same way there will be some cases where the contracting authority needs special products for qualifying examinations, theme days, or other projects. This can include identical or comparable products to the contract, but will normally only make up a small volume.

Tenderers must be a legally established company. Norwegian tenderers must present a company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. The contracting authority will, as a starting point, obtain a credit rating of the tenderers. Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. Financial strength will be evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have good experience from equivalent assignments in the last 3 years. Equivalent assignments means particular experience from deliveries to institutional households with many delivery addresses.
