The Norwegian Polar Institute shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of 80 diesel tanks with an option for 40 units. The tanks shall be used for transporting diesel by boat from Europe to Dronning Maud Land in Antarctica, and further transport over land at sleds to Troll station, a stretch of approx. 300 km.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The Norwegian Polar Institute shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of 80 diesel tanks with an option for 40 units. The tanks shall be used for transporting diesel by boat from Europe to Dronning Maud Land in Antarctica, and further transport over land at sleds to Troll station, a stretch of approx. 300 km. The tanks must be certified for both sea and land transport. The volume per tank should be approx. 24 m³. Connection points for hoses as well as inspection systems shall be easily accessible and designed in an HSE friendly way.
