Tokke kommune

Tokke municipality is the project owner for the construction of a new foot and cycle path at Vistadmoen in Tokke municipality. The current route runs along county road 38 and goes from the intersection/exit to Gullkopp and up to the skidding area/pocket just before Vistad bridge. New lighting will be installed along the foot and cycle path. Water and sewage will also be built into the new foot and cycle path. Existing high-voltage lines will be altered and a new high-voltage route is planned that crosses county road 38.
Stærk & Co AS has been engaged as the responsible engineering designer for a new foot and cycle path with associated water and sewage.
Otera Traftec AS has been engaged as the responsible engineering designer for the lighting along the new foot and cycle path.

Kort beskrivelse:
- The length of the new foot and cycle path is approx. 760 m from the intersection/exit to Gullkopp and up to the pocket/chaining site just east of Vistad bridge.
- The new foot and cycle paths will have a width of 3.5 metres, whereof 3.0 metres is the width of the asphalt. The new foot and cycle path will be located at a distance of approx. 3.25 metres from the white stripe on county road 38.
- The new foot and cycle path will be taken over by Vestfold and Telemark County when it is completed.
- There is currently an old path from the skidding area and under Vistad bridge that is connected to a trail system on the west side of the bridge. From piles 750-950 in the longitudinal profile, it is envisioned that vegetation will be cleared and this path will be gravelled, which is also included in the tender. The scope of this work will be clarified with the construction manager.

- The new foot and cycle path conflicts with the existing route of the 22kV high-voltage line. A new trench must therefore be established on the outside of the new foot and cycle and the high-voltage line must be rerouted. In addition, a new high-voltage line will be established for a future industrial area and routed to the existing transformer 40090 at Vistad bridge. This involves crossing the existing high-voltage line and crossing under county road FV38. The plan is to cross via drilling or alternatively excavation. See the drawings for the scope.

- There is currently an exit at pile 550 that will be closed. A new exit will be established for the planned industrial area at Vistadmoen, at approx. pile 580. This will run almost perpendicular to FV38. There will be 2 metres of pavement on the outside of the new foot and cycle path.

- A new 225 mm water pipe and a 160 mm waste water pipe are planned for the new foot and cycle path. The plan is for this to cross FV38 in the west towards Modalen.
