NAV Vestfold and Telemark (the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration) shall enter into framework agreements for the labour market measure Follow-up for areas in Telemark.
Follow-up is to provide assistance with the aim of participants obtaining and/or keeping paid work. The aim is that participants shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-sufficient with a permanent connection to working life. Follow-up can include career guidance, assistance with targeted job seeking and job development, guidance and advice connected to work participation, both for participants and employers, training in work related and social skills, as well as follow-up and facilitation at work, in order to facilitate a transition to work and ensure that jobs are kept.
