The flight inspection services consist of:
- Flight Inspection
- Flight Procedure Validation
- Verification of Approach lighting and other visual lighting systems (PAPI/PLASI etc).
The competitive dialogue will find a solution for Avinor's needs as described in the needs description.

Justification for cancellation We hereby announce that the tender is cancelled. Avinor will shortly announce a new tender with the same scope. The reason for the cancellation is that we have discovered that the requirement for qualification "item 2, Technical Capacity" is written more strictly than intended according to the "competitive dialogue" procedure. In the new tender, the requirement will (still) be that the supplier must be able to perform the service, but the timing of the requirement for certification is not until after the dialogue has ended.
