The contracting authority extends an invitation to this tender contest for the evaluation of the changes in Norwegian corporate income tax. The project will submit an analysis report in order to evaluate the effects of the changes in corporate income tax in the period 2013-2019.
More information about the assignment is described in Annex 1 of the contract. The consultant will be expected to start work immediately after the contract has been signed. The report must be completed by 1 July 2024, as specified in Annex 3 of the contract.
The expected contract value is up to NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT.
The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirements: Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate or a printout from the Unit Register for sole proprietorships not required to register.
Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established. The verification can be submitted in writing or by referring to BRIS.

For Norwegian tenderers:
A certificate, not older than 6 months, which verifies that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations of payment of taxes, social security contributions and VAT. The certificate can be ordered and obtained from Altinn by using a separate link on skatteetaten.no. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate is electronically certified and is therefore not signed. Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient ability and experience to be able to execute a contract of a similar nature and scope.
Documentation:
Description of the tenderer's up to three most relevant assignments or scientific publications in the last three years.
Relevant assignments or publications will be tax analyses of corporate income tax.
Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that the description is of such a nature that it verifies that the requirement has been met.
