The assignments may include all of the municipality's property portfolio. The property portfolio includes schools, nurseries, care homes, nursing homes, hospitals, sports and swimming facilities, water and sewage stations, housing and office and cultural buildings.
The purpose-built buildings in Nordre Follo municipality have a volume of approx. 340,000 m2 divided across approx. 200 buildings, and we have approx. 900 rental properties.

Kort beskrivelse:

The framework agreement will consist of ongoing maintenance, as well as major and minor projects, which generally do not involve multiple disciplines. The agreement may also include smaller alteration projects, where several disciplines may be included and one of the parties carries out coordination.

The assignments under the framework agreement may consist of:

- Service, maintenance, repairs, replacements or installations for internal and external heavy current systems. External heavy current systems are in this context defined as electrical installations, except road lighting connected to the distribution network.

- Reconstruction, expansion and replacement of electrical distributors

- Installation, welding and repair of fibre cabling, multi-mode and single-mode,

- Automatics for building technical plant and automatics for water and sewage technical installations

- Installation, alteration and expansion of data dispersion network

- General troubleshooting

- Low current installations

It will be necessary to contribute with annual internal audits for electrical installations for the municipal buildings. In addition there can be a need for assistance with minor engineering design work etc.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1) Tenderers must be registered in the electrical company register of the Norwegian Directorate for Safety and Emergency Preparedness, with the following registrations: Work assignments: - Engineering design of electrical installations, - Construction and maintenance of others' electrical installations and - Inspection of others' electrical installations. Plant and equipment: Building - low voltage installations, Industry low voltage installations and - Hospitals - electrical installations - rooms for medical use.

2) The tenderer must be a legally established company. Documentation: Norwegian tenderers must present a company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Foreign companies must present verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

3) Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.

Tenderers must have a bankruptcy rating equivalent to B (moderate risk of bankruptcy) from Proff Forvalt (Proff AS), or better. Documentation: The contracting authority will use Proff Forvalt (Proff AS) to assess fulfilment of the requirement. Tenderers do not, therefore, need to send in documentation on this. If a tenderer chooses to use a parent company to fulfil the requirement, a parent company guarantee must be enclosed. The contracting authority will then use Proff Forvalt (Proff AS) to assess the parent company's bankruptcy rating.

4) Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. 5) Tenderers must have a quality assurance system suitable for the delivery. 6) Tenderers must have an environmental management system suitable for the delivery.

4) Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. By comparable assignments, we mean suppliers to major customers with varying building stock and a similar scope. Documentation: Description of the supplier's most relevant contracts during the last 3 years. The description must include information of the assignment's value, date and recipient. It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. 5) Tenderers must have a quality assurance system suitable for the delivery. Documentation: A description must be attached of the tenderer's method for quality assurance. If the tenderer's quality assurance certifications is ISO 9001 certified or its equivalent, it is sufficient to provide a copy of a valid certificate. 6) Tenderers must have an environmental management system suitable for the delivery. Documentation: Tenderers must attach an account of the existing routines. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001 or equivalent environmental certification, it is sufficient to provide a copy of a valid certificate.
