Bergen kommune - Etat for boligforvaltning

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement for continuing carpentry assignments for the Agency for housing management.
The agreement concerns in particular routine maintenance work, as well as minor renovation and alteration projects. Typical work includes the replacement of doors and windows, facade work, and renovation of kitchens and bathrooms. Deadlines are often tight, and several parallel assignments must be expected at times. Where several disciplines are involved, the carpenter can be given the responsibility or coordinating work.
The framework agreement is divided into lots, each of which regulates its own geographical residential areas within Bergen municipality. See Annex 1 in each lot for a more detailed description of the contracting authority's specifications.
