The Western Norway Regional Health Authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for dialysis catheters and associated products for dialysis treatment for the trusts in the Western Norway Regional Health Authority.
The procurement is divided into the following lots
1) Haemodialysis catheter sets, long term, double lumen
2) Haemodialysis catheters, acute, double lumen
3) Plasters with coagulating effect
4) Compresses with coagulating effect
5) Bandages/bags to pack the catheter into for showering
All the lots are combined in a joint lot in Mercell.
The framework agreement period is 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year.

The contracting authority can extend the contract at the end of the contract period or up to 1 year at a time. The total maximum contract period is four years. The contract will automatically be extended on the same terms unless the contracting authority takes other initiatives.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Sufficient economic and financial capacity means that tenderers must have a credit rating of at least B or better, measured on AAA Soliditet's scale - or equivalent score from another reputable rating company. Documented by a credit rating not older than 6 months, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. We reserve the right to collect a credit rating on our own initiative from a reputable credit rating agency. Companies without a satisfactory credit rating, newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to submit a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is satisfied. In such circumstances, they will be able to compensate with a satisfactory guarantee from a bank and/or guarantee from a parent company with a satisfactory credit rating which provides an equivalent security for the implementation ability. These alternative documents must be included in the tender.
