Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The contract does not apply for larger units with reception kitchens. If tenderers cannot deliver fresh bread and the Contracting Authority must have it on occasion, they can be procured outside the agreement. The contracting authority reserves the right not to use the framework agreement for particularly advantageous tenders, if the tenderer cannot offer the product or by the purchase of local products at local manufacturers (straight from the manufacturer). If products with short shelf life or other quality sorting are offered, with an advantageous price from other suppliers, participants can go outside this framework agreement to purchase it directly from this supplier. The contracting authority reserves the right to trade fruit baskets outside the agreement. The estimated volume is mainly based on historical figures. The scope of the service can vary from year to year, but the estimated extent over the next 4 years is NOK 15 million excluding VAT. The maximum value of the agreement is NOK 19 million. The amounts do not carry any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. Subject to changes in volume as a result of changed financial framework conditions and municipal activity.
