Option for additional services - Needs category 4
Tenderers can offer the hire of inspection flats for assignments under requirement category 4 - Supervision during access. If tenderers offer suitable inspection flats, the price shall be stated in Annex 2 - Price form under requirement category 4.
The additional service can be relevant in cases where there is a need for suitable premises for supervision during access, provided that the tenderer can offer this. There is no obligation for the District to use the additional service or procure a specific volume.
The stated price for the hire of a inspection flat is not included in the evaluation of the tender offers. The additional service can possibly be used during the contract period if the District needs suitable premises for assignments under requirement category 4 - inspection during access.
