The Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service would like to outsource data rooms, networks and suitable applications to a Cloud/service provider in accordance with SLA. It is preferable for the upcoming agreement to cover the need on an hourly basis, but it must also ensure that the Norwegian Correctional Service is involved in future developments in ICT.
