There have been challenges in the school milieu at Bråtejordet comprehensive school over time, and the problems escalated towards the end of 2022 and into 2023.
During spring of 2023, an urgent intervention was carried out at Bråtejordet school. However, the school needs further support for a period ahead to work with the educational setting, the working environment, the school's strategies and structures in responding to the challenges, as well as with the safety and well-being of children and personnel.
The contracting authority
Lillestrøm municipality, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, is inviting tenderers to a TED - Open tender contest for a contract for assistance regarding the development of the school milieu at Bråtejordet school

Justification for cancellation Reference is made to the published tender contest 23/084 - Contract for assistance regarding the development of the school milieu at Bråtejordet school Lillestrøm municipality hereby norifies that the tender contest will be cancelled; c.f § 25-4 (1) of the Public Procurement Regulations. Reference is made to point 1.2.8 of the tender documentation, which states that the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the tender contest in the event of exceeding the budget. Tenders received are exceeding the budgeted cost, and the municipality does not have the budget to implement the project in the current form. Lillestrøm municipality shall await political decision-making processes to see if the project is awarded additional funding and possibly republish the tender in the new year.
