The contracts shall include:
- Board and lodging.
- Minimum four meals a day.
- Access to meeting rooms or other common areas adapted to leisure activities for children, and as needed by partners (e.g. voluntariness, the police and health service).
- Accommodation for pets (including access to feed).
The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act dated 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) FOR 2016-08-12-974. Section I and Section IV.
The contract is carried out as a tender contest with negotiation. However; the contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract without conducting negotiations.
