Contract cultivation of trees and perennials is part of the Sandvika Centre East urban project, which will transform Sandvika East into an attractive town with a rich selection of shops, restaurants, public and private services, cultural experiences, offices and housing.
In 2026/2027, the contracting authority will be planting trees, perennials and plants in the new district of Sandvika Centre East, and would like to enter into an agreement with a tenderer in order to ensure delivery of the agreed origin, agreed size and agreed quality of plants to Sandvika Centre East.
Plants and trees must be grown in the right climatic conditions to achieve the desired quality in urban areas in the given location, and a contract must be signed now to achieve the right quality for planting in 2026/2027.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement 2: Registration in a trade register or company register
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Documentation that the company is registered in a trade index or company register as mandated by the legislation in the country in which the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement 3 - Economy
Tenderers are required to be economically and financially solvent, which gives the contracting authority the security that the tenderer will be financially viable throughout the entire contract period.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Expanded credit rating/report, not older than 3 months, from a publicly certified credit rating company with score A (credit worthy) or equivalent or better. The report must be based on the last known fiscal figures. The date must be clearly stated.
Companies without adequate credit rating, newly started companies with a credit score of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to document that the requirement is met. In such instances, they will be able to compensate with a satisfactory credit rating which provides an equivalent security for implementation ability. These alternative documents must be included in the tender.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for being unable to present the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove the economic and financial position with any other documents that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Requirement 4 - Implementation ability
Tenderers are required to have an organisation that has the capacity to fulfil the contract.
Requirement 5 - Experience
Good/very good experience is required from equivalent assignments.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Requirement 4: A description of the tenderer's technical personnel or technical units the tenderer has at their disposition to fulfil the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the company or not.
Requirement 5: A list of the most important deliveries and services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, number of trees and plants delivered, date(s) of the delivery/deliveries, and the name of the public or private recipients. A minimum of 3 (maximum 5) reference assignments must be described.
