Contract cultivation of trees and perennials is part of the Sandvika Centre East urban project, which will transform Sandvika East into an attractive town with a rich selection of businesses, restaurants, public and private services, cultural experiences, offices, and housing.
In 2026/2027, the contracting authority will be planting trees, perennials and plants in the new district of Sandvika Centre East, and would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer in order to ensure delivery of the agreed origin, agreed size and agreed quality of plants to Sandvika Centre East.
Plants and trees must be grown in the right climatic conditions to achieve the desired quality in urban areas in the given location, and a contract must be signed now to achieve the right quality for planting in 2026/2027.
This contest has been previously announced and interrupted due to a lack of received tenders. It is therefore being re-announced.

Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement 2 - Registered in a trade register or company register. Tenderers must be registered in a
company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Norwegian companies:
Company registration certificate. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a
a branch register or company register as described in the legislation of the country where
the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement 3 - Economy. Tenderers must have economic and financial solidity that gives
the contracting authority assurance that the tenderer will be financially viable throughout the entire contract period.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Extended credit rating/report, not older than 3 months, from a publicly certified
credit rating company, with grade A (credit worthy) or equivalent or better rating.
The report must be based on the last known fiscal figures. The date must be clearly stated.
Companies without a satisfactory credit rating, newly founded companies with a credit rating of AN,
some foreign companies, or companies that are not obliged to report to
the Brønnøysund Register Centre willnot always be able to document that the requirement has been met. In such cases
this can be compensated with a satisfactory credit rating that gives an equivalent
guarantee for the implementation ability. Such alternative documentation must be included as part of
the tender. If a tenderer has justifiable reason to not present the
documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can substantiate his economic
and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement 4 - Implementation ability. Tenderers are required to have an organisation that has the capacity
to implement in accordance with the contract. Requirement 5 - Experience. Good/very good experience is required
from equivalent assignments.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Requirement 4: A description of the tenderer's technical personnel or technical units that the tenderer
has at its disposal for fulfilling the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the company or not. Requirement 5: A
list of the most important deliveries and services provided in the last 3 years, including information on:
Value, number of delivered trees and plants, dates of deliveries, as well as the name of the public
or private recipients. A minimum of 3 (maximum 5) reference assignments must be described.
Reference assignments are to be given in Annex 2 - Reference Assignments
