The new Aker Hospital consists of several building complexes, which in turn are divided into several buildings and contracts. This contract applies to the Somatikk building, which is located centrally on the site at Aker. The somatics building has a total area of approx. 130,000 m2 and it is divided into base and high-rise buildings. Contract 2911 Fire and Audio Sealing consists of the following main services. The list is not exhaustive. A complete overview of services is described in Annex C2 - Technical Description. And, together with the other contract annexes, provides a statement of the scope." Fire and sound proofing of internal recesses/executions in walls and floor separating constructions (bearing that do not)" Assembly of fire sleeves for use/spare capacity.' Fire painting" Fire insulation of internal steel structures" In addition to performing fire and sound proofing of classified structures, 2911 shall also be able to assist with equivalent works in unclassified constructions if the need arises." The contracting authority will undertake an overall assessment of whether the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Documentation requirement: A credit rating based on the most recent available accounting figures. The credit rating must not be older than 3 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Only for public building and construction works: During the reference period the tenderer has carried out the following work of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to five years experience and allow experience from the previous five years to be taken into consideration. Minimum qualification requirements Tenderers shall have sufficient experience with having carried out (i.e. not only led and administered) assignments with a transferable value to this contract. The builder will assess whether one or several of the reference projects gives the tenderer sufficient experience. Documentation requirement: An account shall be given of up to three reference projects with comparative value in the last 8 years. The account should not exceed one page per reference project. In addition to identifying the project, the following account shall be included in the description of each reference project that the tenderer would like to invoke: ' Description of the building/installation for which the contract applies . The central tasks in the contract . . . The contract ́s size (original krone value) measured in NOK, including VAT , . Contract length The description of each individual reference project shall be added to a separate form, cf. Annex 2. The builder will undertake a total assessment of the submitted reference project from the tenderer and from any sub-suppliers that the tenderer has relied on, cf. point 5.3.
