Minimum qualification requirements
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contractual obligations. Positive equity. 3. Credit rating: That the company is credit worthy. Tenderers shall enclose the last annual financial statement, annual turnover and credit score. The Contracting Authority will assess the Tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirement in the following manner: 1. Last Annual Financial Statement (income statement and balance sheet) with notes and including auditor's statement. 2. A self-declaration on the company ́s total turnover for a maximum of the last three available fiscal years. 3. Credit check from a known actor in the market (more recent than 6 months). The contracting authority will emphasise, among other things, whether the tenderer has profitable operation and positive cash flow in recent years.

Tenderers shall have a well-functioning quality assurance system for the delivery, based on ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent. The system shall be subject to regular audits. Documentation requirement: Valid certificate that shows that the tenderer fulfils the requirements in ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent certification based on European standard series that are certified by accredited bodies.
