Sandefjord municipality would like to enter into a parallel framework agreement with three tenderers for consultancy services for general professional advice and for engineering design of both renovation and new buildings within. Engineering Design Manager Project AdministrationRIB (consultant engineer building)RIBr (Consultant engineer fire)RIBfy (Consultant engineer building physics) RIV (consultant engineer heating, ventilation and sanitation engineering)RIE (Consultant engineer electro engineering)RIEn (Consultant engineer energy)RIAKU (Consultant engineer acoustics)RIM (Consultant services for outer environment)Lark (landscape architect)BREEAM AP and AuditorITB coordinator and systematic completion Municipality may also need other disciplines, but it is these that are evaluated on price. The municipality particularly needs the following assignments: Reviews in early process sketch projectsFor projects with tender documentation Support functions in the builder organisation Implementation of procurements in accordance with public procurement regulationsManage of construction costs in the individual phases of the project Climate gas accounts and life cycle analyses Environment consultancy health assessment for the existing buildings mass development processes with the necessary reviews Energy labelling Responsible The framework agreement shall have a duration of two years with an option for an extension for up to a further 1+1 year. This estimate is based on the existing service extent and is without obligation for the contracting authority and it can be subject to change. All assignments will be awarded after a written mini-competition between the tenderersThat some call-offs will be regulated by either: NS 8401 General contract terms for preliminary engineering design assignments.
