Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises.
Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

The tenderer has sufficient financial capacity to execute the contract. Documentation: • Presentation of the company's Annual Financial Statements (last annual report to the Brønnøysund Register Centre, including the auditor's report). The contracting authority reserves the right to also request provisional figures after the last annual report, as well as annual accounts for the previous two years if it is assessed that there is a need for it.
• Recently established companies must submit a recent financial printout signed by the auditor.
• Sole proprietorships must present the last business assignment for their activities.

Only for services: In the reference period, the tenderer has carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration.
Minimum qualification requirements
Tenderers shall have good and relevant experience within consultancy services within the disciplines submitted for, respectively: Construction management.
The experience shall include deliveries of equivalent complexity to the delivery requested in this contract. Documentation requirement: Relevant experience shall be documented by stating a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) reference projects/contracts from the last five (5) years.
If more than five reference projects are given, only the first five will be assessed. Information is to be given about the contracting authority, date and recipient (name, telephone number and email address), position, value/extent, description of the delivery. The stated references may be contacted if necessary.
Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider. The contracting authority ́s own experience with the tenderer can also be emphasised.
