The co-procurement contract will cover the contracting authority's need for landscape gardener services for all types of municipal properties (parks, squares, recreational areas, etc.) with the exception of forests and sites in forests. The contract will include various assignments within landscape gardening, both maintenance and upgrades of existing sites, as well as new projects. The contract covers landscape gardener services including the machines that are necessary for carrying out the assignment. The contract also includes the procurement of equipment/materials such as trees, plants, outside furniture, and play area equipment. Major contracts and operational contracts will not usually be included in this framework agreement. The co-procurement contract is primarily meant for call-offs for minor assignments with a value of up to NOK 5 million excluding VAT.
The contract is not exclusive for the contracting authority. Oslo Municipality's respective entities can make call-offs under the co-procurement contract. The tenderer will be obliged to deliver in accordance with the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: Tenderers must have experience from similar assignments. Equivalent contracts means
landscape gardener services within maintenance and upgrades of existing sites, as well as new projects (between NOK 3 million and NOK 5 million).
Documentation: A short description of the most important deliveries in the last three years, including information on the contract's value, delivery date,
the number of delivery places, as well as the name of the contracting authority, and a description of the assignment's content.
Requirement: Sufficient administrative and operative implementation ability.
Documentation: A description of the tenderer's average annual workforce and the number of employees in the management in the last three years.
Requirement: Tenderers must have a quality assurance system adapted to the content of the contract.
Documentation: A description of the tenderer's quality assurance methods. Alternative: Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies which certify that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2015.

Requirement: Tenderers are required to have environment management measures that ensure that the tenderer is suitable to fulfil the contractual obligations on environment regulations (see contract point 18). This means that the tenderer must have established methods for working actively and systematically with reducing negative environmental impact from the tenderer activities related to the implementation of this contract.
