The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU/the contracting authority) needs a new CNC machine for its model workshop. The machine shall be five-axet and have a maximum footprint of 4980mm x 8500mm. The CNC machine shall strengthen the knowledge and digital competence in the model workshop at NTNU. The aim is to produce precise and complex models and prototypes more efficiently, reproducible and of higher quality. The machine shall support both research projects and the practical training of students, and at the same time reflect current industrial standards and contribute to automating existing manual and partially automated processes in order to carry out complex parametric assignments as well as ensure and further develop future projects and multi-disciplinary activities in the model workshop. The procurement is a one-time procurement, accompanying service contract. An extension of the guarantee and service contract can be offered as options. The required capacity will be assessed in relation to the contract ́s value, services, risk and duration. Documentation requirement: A credit rating from a certified credit rating company based on the most recent financial figures. The key figures in the accounts must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment experience.

Requirements: Tenderers shall have good experience with the execution of comparable or more complex assignments than those included in this contract. Documentation requirement: A list with an overview and description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last three years. The list/description shall as a minimum contain: ● Name of the customer/recipient ● Contact Information ● The scope of the assignment ● The assignment ́s value ● Date of the delivery. ● Brief description of the delivery It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. The attached template for references can be used, see part I annex 5.

Requirements: Tenderers shall have sufficient human resources with the necessary professional qualifications to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: A description of the personnel that the tenderer has at his disposal who will be responsible for the execution of service and maintenance of the CNC machine. If the machine's manufacturer requires certifications, certifications, courses etc. in order to provide service and maintenance, a copy of documentation of such certifications, certifications, courses, etc. shall be enclosed.
