The assignment consists of different meal categories (lots). Tenderers can choose to offer their services within one, several, or all of the lots. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with 2-3 tenderers per meal category, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenders.

The meal categories cover 1. Meeting food and 2. Catering services, including:
1. MEETING FOOD 15 % VAT. Sale of ready prepared food with delivery, without any other services being provided. Typically for meetings, conferences, end-of-term celebrations, internal events.
1.1 FULL DAY food and drink (2 sittings)

OPTION FOR OTHER ENTITIES TO JOIN
Other public entities can join the contract. The contracting authority can agree with universities, scientific university colleges, and university colleges located in Oslo Municipality that they join the framework agreement in the period, at the latest 18 months after the start-up of the contract, and within the total stated financial limit for the assignment. If they join, the entities will be identified by name in a separate list that is communicated to the tenderer. The tenderer will have the right, but not a duty, to deliver to these entities on the same terms as for the contracting authority.
