The procurement covers care services and accommodation with round-the-clock staffing for a woman who has been sentenced to custody, and who has been recommended for parole in accordance with the rules on government financed parole, cf. point 1.2.4. The user is subject to 24/7 supervision. The tenderer will, in cooperation with the Norwegian Correctional Services, ensure that the convicted person comes under the terms stipulated by the court.
