The contract includes housing and care services for a man who has been sentenced to detention and
recommended for parole in accordance with the Regulations on State-funded Parole, cf. point 1.2.4.
The user is subject to 24/7 supervision. The tenderer shall, in collaboration with
the Norwegian Correctional Service ensure that the convicted person is subject to the conditions determined by the Court of Justice.
It is preferable that the accommodation is located in Trøndelag or Nordland.
The user will reside in a residential unit with round-the-clock staffing.

The user will reside in a residential unit with round-the-clock staffing. The user must have their own residential unit in a residence/building that allows staff to supervise the user around the clock.
It is an advantage that the user has access to communal areas in the residence/building where the user's residential unit is located or in a neighbouring building, as the user should have access to communal areas with other residents.
There must be dedicated staff employed in the residential unit for the user. The staff must consist of a stable group of adults. Per
