Kort beskrivelse:
The contracting authority would like to enter into an agreement with a provider of operation and support services related to electric vehicle charging that can handle at least the following points (the list is not exhaustive):
- Provide end-user customer support, both via roaming partners and directly. The contracting authority currently has limited opportunities to offer support outside of normal working hours, so it is therefore preferable to have an agreement with a professional supplier who can provide this service on behalf of the contracting authority.

- Offer active monitoring of the contracting authority's facilities via back-end systems, including preventive troubleshooting. The aim is to detect irregularities to the greatest extent possible and to correct errors before they become a problem for the end user.

- Order fault correction from the contracting authority's relevant contractors according to needs, routines and agreements on uptime.
- Coordinate error correction and troubleshooting with the contracting authority's other relevant contractors, including those supplying equipment, payment systems, electrical contractors, etc.
- Ensure that approved roaming partners are integrated with the contracting authority's chargers/systems and comply with the contracting authority's requirements for such partners.
- Ensure that the contracting authority's chargers that are not currently open to the public can be made available. This applies to chargers that are suitable for such provision, as assessed by the contracting authority.
- Ensure that new charging facilities built by the contracting authority are put into operation.
- Ensure that information about chargers and status is updated in the NOBIL database and other relevant services that display the charging service.
- Ensure that the contracting authority has access to the necessary statistics, data and analyses for use in further planning and follow-up of Bergen Municipality's charging strategy/action plan
- Be able to consult on further development of the charging programme and efficient operation.

Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract period is 2 years from the start of the contract. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for a further 5 years, for a total maximum 7 years. The contracting authority can choose to extend the contract several times, e.g. for 1 year at a time.
