Sykehusinnkjøp will, on behalf of Helse Sør-Øst RHF [the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority], procure blood gas syringes for the health trusts in South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority
The objective of the procurement is to meet the health trusts' need for blood gas syringes for arterial sampling from arterial taps and at arterial puncture.
The total estimated scope of the procurement is 3.7 million syringes. The estimated scope is based on the procurements by the health trusts in 2022 and a maximum contract period of 4 years. The stated consumption/scope is an estimate for information to the tenderer, and is not binding for future contract volume. To take into account uncertainty in the statistics, an increase in the number of samples ordered, general population growth and similar conditions, the maximum scope of the procurement has been set at 4.3 million syringes.

Blood gas syringes for arterial sampling from artery taps and at arterial puncture. The syringes offered for this lot must be of the SafePICO label from Radiometer. This is because only these syringes have the special functions necessary to fully achieve the automation systems on ABL800 and ABL90 blood gas instruments. Automation systems are in use by many of the health trusts in the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Register Certificate to be submitted via eBevis. Foreign tenderers: Certificate of legal registration in the country where the company was established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.
Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Annual accounts for the three last years, to be submitted via eBevis. Foreign tenderers: The annual accounts for the last three years, including notes and auditor's reports.
Tenderers can prove their economic and financial capacity with any other document that the Contracting Authority deems as suitable, including, for example, a parent company guarantee.
The contracting authority will obtain a ratio report itself from Bisnode CreditPro (https://www.soliditet.no) for Norwegian tenderers, and from D&B Credit (https://credit.dnb.com) for foreign tenderers in order to verify that the tenderer has sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract obligations.
